Overview
Commercial Finance Manager / Financial Controller Acquisitive insurance group based in the city are recruiting for a commercially driven, senior level accountant with a background in insurance / reinsurance. This is a high profile and broad role and will be responsible for the reporting and integration of acquired businesses. Core duties will include:- Reporting including group board reports Analysis of historical deal performance and KPI's Financial analysis of potential acquisitions and ongoing viability of existing businesses Preparation and review of financial projections for budgeting and capital planning purposes Integration of acquired businesses within their existing framework including finance, treasury solvency II and reporting requirements They require a senior level finance professional with a strong background in insurance / reinsurance. You will have proven experience in integrations and / or M&A Activity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key combined with an analytical mindset.
