Overview
Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently in need of a Credit Controller to join a well established events company based close to Oxford Street, on a temporary basis. This role will be for three months initially with the potential to extend. This role will pay up to £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay. (depending on experience) Duties Include: Achieve monthly cash collection targets by actively chasing customers via phone & e-mail based on set criteria Follow company chasing cycles and actively chase customers via phone Follow up of Top customers weekly Reduce DSO by managing monthly pre-stop report & issuing recommendations Reconcile and process all Credit Cards & Direct Debits Place queried invoices in dispute and coordinate query resolution with business units and resolve in a timely manner Perform month end activities (i.e.) referring accounts to legal, switching off accesses, ensure all credit cards have been charged and submitting balance adjustments to the sales ledger team Credit check new and existing accounts and recommend payment terms Ensure that high level of customer service is maintained Ensure small balances are promptly written-off Send Customer Statements and Mail merges Required Skills: Credit control experience Intermediate Excel skills ( V- Look up required) If this role is of interest please apply online ASAP.
