This opportunity would suit an experienced paralegal with 2-3 years’ trade mark experience and is currently looking to take a step up into a well-established firm. Duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Preparing official trade mark documentation, including formulating trade mark specifications for filing at the UKIPO and EUIPO Liaising with both clients and authorities regarding the trade mark application process, including formulating arguments and drafting responses to trade mark registries Preparing and filing opposition notices Liaising with colleagues and external clients on miscellaneous trade mark matters If you hold the CITMA Paralegal Certificate and/or a recognised Postgraduate Trade Mark Certificate this will put you in good stead.
