Overview
Finance Analyst (contract) Would you like the chance to work for a successful multinational business located in central London? This company in the retail industry will be undergoing a finance transformation and are looking for finance analysts to help with the project. Core Duties Regular commercial analysis, business improvement projects, internal audit Variance analysis to be provided against budgets and prior year, at management level Detailed retail sales, stock, revenue and KPI reporting Operational support Designing, reviewing and implementing operational processes to ensure compliance with financial requirements Query resolution and ad-hoc financial analysis as required Cleansing high volume data on GL in preparation for migration Producing financial models using Excel Producing and standardizing management reports from scratch Other Assisting with preparation, analysis and publication of monthly financial reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet) and supplementary operational KPI reporting Assisting with monthly management accounts and board packs Assisting with the co-ordination and preparation of budgeting, audit and covenant reporting processes Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, audit information Requirements Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) Available in April for at least 12 months
