Overview
Permanent opportunity for an experienced Instructional Designer Your new company You will be working for a leading global business in its field based in Gloucestershire. Your new role This role is for a talented Instructional Designer that will be designing and shaping unique learner materials and experiences to produce outcomes. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions whilst working creatively within learning models and will be using evidence to research and best practice translate any given learner journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction. You will have experience in applying learning theories, models and best practice to design learning materials that produce improved performance. You will be creating and curating effective learning courses and materials and ensuring that content is organised and well-structured. You will be researching new innovations in learning design, education and emerging technology and implementing any feedback from program reviews whilst evaluating new eLearning tools and materials. What you'll need to succeed To be successful for this position you will have experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment in a similar role and have a track record of successful delivery of blended learning elements of medium to large projects. You will be able to identify the skills, knowledge and the attitude gaps of a targeted audience and be able to suggest learning experiences that fill the gaps in the most effective way. You must also be able to cater effectively to a variety of learners curating the most relevant content and devising modes of assessment and interaction to ensure efficiency of the eLearning course. Ideally, you will have a relevant degree from an accredited university or college and a minimum of two years' experience in a corporate learning organisation.
