Internal Adjuster Glasgow £20,000-£23,000 Do you have experience working within Property Claims? Do you have a passion for helping others and making a real difference? We are looking for a talented customer service individual to join our clients Claims Handling team in Glasgow. We are looking for someone with the ability to listen, investigate and make intelligent decisions with a track record of delivering a first class customer service experience. As an Internal Adjuster, you will work alongside our Field Loss Adjusters to progress claims from start to finish and work closely with insurance companies, policy holders, surveying specialists and contractors. To be considered for the role, you will need to have some experience of working within an insurance environment with some knowledge or understanding of property claim or insurance issues. Internal Adjuster duties: Deliver a first class claims handling service Take responsibility for every claim you handle and ensure all parties are kept informed Build strong relationships with colleagues, brokers and suppliers to ensure a seamless claims handling service A successful Internal Adjuster will: Good problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good organisational and time management skills Strong computer literacy skills A 'can do' attitude and is solution orientated to focus on systems improvement.
