Job Description
We are recruiting an Internal Auditor to join us. Drive high standards, deliver results and influence the team. Working with a variety of partners across our business, superb communication skills are essential. Supporting audit assignments during planning and action stages. Building the required tests, performing testing and vetting the potential findings with key colleagues. With a firm grasp of the full audit process within financial services, you are integral to our success. Role Responsibilities: * Coordinate detailed testing for all audit assignments and record any issues or actions from detailed reports. * Maintain and conduct analysis on monthly reports across a broad range of subjects. * Collaborate with the IA leadership team to implement suggested improvements. * Using your problem solving skills to Perform verification of closed audit actions; provide critical support the Internal Audit team, monitoring and allocating resources to the audit plan. * Support Internal Audit Senior Management in collating and analysing the required information for the quarterly and annual Audit Committee packs. Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications: * UK financial experience and IIA / AIA / FIA / CII qualified auditor or equivalent. * With a keen interest in internal auditing and financial services; constantly seeking opportunities to improve processes. Analytical with a high attention to detail and crucial facts. * You guide the business and your team through challenging tasks with a can do attitude. Highly motivated and commercially aware with outstanding credibility to liaise and present at all levels. * Confident in building and developing strong, effective business relationships.
