Location: Glasgow Job Title: Internal Audit Executive Your new company As one of Scotland's leading independent firms a range of services are offered including; financial assurance, risk management, improving performance, taxation and wealth management. The public sector team are currently going from strength to strength and this opportunity has arisen following a period of sustained growth. Your new role You will be working with an established and leading Internal Audit team, led by recognised experts in their field. Working in partnership with clients you will provide support, solutions and a new perspective. Working within the Internal Audit stream you will be responsible for the management of audit services, including planning, review and working well with other members of the audit teams as well as liaison with partners, other management and other key staff. You will also have the opportunity to actively seek new business opportunities for the firm and assist with the preparation of tenders. What you'll need to succeed Your verbal communication skills and report writing skills will be second to none; in addition you will have experience of managing a portfolio of audit clients. Along with your Internal Audit experience you will have an understanding of risk based techniques and corporate governance issues. You will also be qualified via ACCA or CA or IAA.
