Overview

Customer Service Representative Position Summary: Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. This includes receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries (service requests, shipments, orders, products and complaints) and input of phone/e-mail orders and other relative data into SAP. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Provide first contact with customers, dealers, and sales and service reps concerning service, orders, returns, shipments and products Receive and enter phone and e-mail orders according to key performance indicators Call customers to advise shipments delay and/or information necessary to process orders Relay messages and break down calls to Service Dispatchers Support the Sales and Service organization by relaying messages to the appropriate stakeholders, creating service and parts quotations and invoicing Monitor backorders and make changes to or cancel orders/backorders Initiate file maintenance for corrections to customer files Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner Obtain customer feedback information Invoice parts and service orders Dispute Management SAP Follow up and resolve workflows in SAP Qualification/Requirements: Must have a bachelor diploma or equivalent level by experience preferably completed with 1 or 2 years of experience in a Customer Service environment Proficiency in English (native or equivalent by experience) combined with good knowledge of German or Dutch is an asset Essential Skills and Experience Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful) Strong team player Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Experience with Customer service system (preferably SAP) and Outlook Experience with excel is an asset
