Overview
Salary: £35,000 Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week. Standard working hours 09:00 – 17:00. Potential to work from home once or twice a month depending on business need. Contract: 6 month FTC Location: Exchange Tower, South Quay The Role: Our client are looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Resourcing Advisor, who will work closely with the team to ensure they are bringing the right talent in to the organisation. From telephone and face to face interviews to managing the pipeline for future talent, you will be the main contact for all prospective candidates, seeing them through the process from application to offer stage. As part of a successful team, you will be sourcing candidates through a multitude of channels, ensuring they have the very best on-boarding experience. Alongside this you will ensure the correct management of both reporting and MI, over each campaign. Duties: Conducting both telephone and face to face interviews Scheduling the panel for interviews, and managing their calendars Maintenance of all advertising avenues, uploading roles to designated job boards Working as part of a well-functioning team to establish best fit approaches Managing the psychometric test system and inputting scores onto our clients ATS Ensuring you are up to date with market trends, competitors and anything else that may impact the hiring process Promoting and building and inclusive working environment Providing end to end recruitment support and advice, ensuring candidates have the best recruitment journey Experience Required: Previous experience within volume recruitment, being comfortable working on multiple roles at any one time Ability to build strong professional relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, over different levels Confidence in conducting both telephone and face to face interviews Knowledge of applicant tracking systems An understanding of different recruitment processes, including psychometric testing Competent in collaborative working, with the ability to meet given deadlines Capability to be empathetic, but also to demonstrate both resilience and tenacity
