Overview
Credit Controller Stratford / West Ham £25,000 - £28,000 Good benefits and flexible working Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader and working as part of a team of 10. It is a friendly team who all manage their own ledgers and work towards individual and team targets for cash collection. Responsible for managing a ledger of 1000 live accounts Monitoring customer credit limits Chasing customers for payment by phone and email Investigation and resolving customer invoice queries Sending out copy invoices and statements Allocating cash and resolving unallocated cash Reconciling customer accounts, making recommendations for credit notes and write offs Making recommendation for legal or debt collection referral Working to challenging cash collection and debt reduction targets Requirements: Experience within credit control Preferably experience of working within a credit control team Ideally experience of managing a large ledger (high volume / low value) Evidence of debt reduction Systems - experience of working across multiple systems Excellent communication skills and an understanding of the importance of customer services A positive outlook and ability to work hard as part of a team during a time of change Ability to work to work under pressure to debt reduction and cash collection targets If you are interested in this vacancy please contact Sarah Chandler at CWC Recruitment Ltd.
