Overview

KPMG (UK) is engaged in a major initiative to increase various aspects of its information security maturity including a major transformation programme of its Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. As part of that programme there is an opening for a IAM architect to service the suite of projects which comprise the IAM Programme. The role will be accountable for all design and engineering aspects of the IAM solutions to be implemented during the phases of the programme: designing and introducing new processes, enabling and training the operations teams with required skills, and rolling out new underpinning technology. Key Responsibilities: Working with the Programme Manager and other internal stakeholders to define the business problem and associated business case of the solution which is to be provided by the IAM Programme Design the overall IAM architecture (processes and technical solutions) Own the detailed requirements for the component projects and define solutions in harmony with the overall Security Strategy Provide guidance to Project Managers as required for the design, configuration of the component solutions Be accountable for all IAM solution designs, working with the Security Transformation Programme Design Authority to ratify all key decisions Skills & Experience: Demonstrable Architectural experience in implementing IAM solutions working in large complex organisations of a similar size (10K users) and spanning multiple hosting environments (hybrid / multi-cloud, on premise) and diverse applications Extremely detailed understanding of IAM including PAM, UAM, MFA, RBAC, SSO strategies and processes as well as a working understanding of the underlying architecture of previous solutions implemented Exposure to IAM technologies such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Varonis etc
