Overview
An exciting role has just become available. Working closely with one of our prestigious clients in Highbridge, a leading manufacturer and installer of conservatories, Meridian is delighted to be assisting in finding a Timber Factory Operative (AGY) to work on 2pm to midnight shift, Monday to Thursday. Main responsibilities will include: Preparation of components and units to the highest standard Reporting to your Manager or Supervisor Operating power tools, hand tools and machinery Quality checks of materials and finished products Health and Safety awareness at all times Accuracy in reading and interpreting the production paperwork Working in team and following instructions both written and verbal Successfully communicate with other team members as well as work on own initiative Previous experience of woodwork / joinery required. Temp to perm after 12 weeks if successful. Pay rate: £9.00 per hour plus £1.52ph shift premium.
