JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager – Timber / Building Materials LOCATION: Chester, Connah's Quay, Deeside, Hawarden, Broughton, Waverton, Tarvin Sands, Mouldsworth, Avanley, Ellesmere Port, Little Stanney, Saughall, Mickle Trafford, Kelsall, Tarporley, Waverton, Wrexham, Northwich, Winsford INDUSTRY: Timber / Building Materials SALARY : £30,000 to £35,000 Commission / Company Car COMPANY / ROLE Our Client is a well-established organisation in the Timber / Building Materials Industry, the company supply a wide range of Timber / Building Materials such as Hardwood, Softwood, Sheet Materials, Mouldings, Skirting, Architrave, Decking, Fencing to a variation of Construction clients such as Trade, Contractors, House Builders & Developers across the whole of the UK. The company are now looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to join their team, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Timber / Building Materials Industry, will have a proven track record in sales, will be hardworking, driven, hungry for success and looking to join a well-established, growing organisation. Principal responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience 1. Minimum 2 years of proven sales success in the Timber / Building Materials Industry. 2. Sales / Business Development experience – essential. 3. To manage the key account list to maximise sales and profit 4. Effective Communicator. 5. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required. 6. Computer literate.
