Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Finance Business Partner to join a rapidly growing, multi-site business based in Central London. The Finance Business Partner will work alongside finance colleagues such as the Financial Control team and directly with members of the Executive, and particularly the Operations Director. Working closely with the Executive Team you will support their understanding of financial drivers, performance against financial metrics and deliver a cost-efficient function. You will work closely with the Operations Director and with the Hotel Managers to deliver financial improvements across the network of hotels. Provide Financial analysis of propositions to ensure a clear understanding of financial implications and to optimise performance. Development of reporting for operational excellence e.g. Hotels P&L to enable monthly performance reviews Candidate profile: Qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA an advanctage Experience of fast moving and multi-site operations. Ideally but limited to hotels. Confident, assertive and possess a positive 'can do’ attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to both finance and non-finance persons. Self-starter, resourceful, collaborative and results/solution driven. Highly analytical and obsessive about data accuracy, clarity and on time delivery. Good attention to detail with 'big picture’ awareness. Naturally pro-active with high levels of drive, energy and integrity. Comfortable at working within an entrepreneurial organisation that is fast paced, high growth and changing. Familiarity with the Hospitality sector an advantage. French and or Spanish languages an advantage
