Overview

We are now seeking an experienced P art-time Commercial Administrator to join and provide comprehensive support to the service department. This is a very varied and general role and the successful applicant will undertake amongst other tasks, the key duties will include (but not be limited to): The post is for 25 hours per week . Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and deal with customer queries/requests working closely with internal Customer Service Advisors Maintain computer held information using our CRM system and report on team performance Update and maintain planned call records, including stock audits, reporting back to the Head of Service on a monthly basis with any gaps in service Create and run reports for Group reviews using a Business Information system and maintain group management information Allocate new customers to Area Service Manager areas and provide New Customer Training documents Monitor customer stock holdings ensuring appropriate charges are always applied Provide the team with Excess charge reports, unit revenue reports, under-use reports and collate results of actions on a monthly basis Coordinate and apply price increases to all customers annually Send monthly reports to Group customers Manage and control direct purchases ensuring proof of delivery and correct charges are applied Review and monitor charges submitted by sub-contractors to ensure full value is passed onto customers Share a responsibility for own and others Health and Safety by following Company rules and procedures at all times Essential Requirements: Excellent communication skills The ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and the team. The ability to work effectively with other internal departments Excellent admin skills The ability to prepare detailed and accurate reports and update systems A flexible and adaptable approach to work and problem solving Computer literate with experience of Business Information Advanced user of Microsoft Excel Demonstrate excellent organisational skills Numerate with a background in Accounts or similar being an advantage
