Finance Business Partner | Management Accountant | Finance Manager | Financial Analyst | Commercial Accountant | Executive Team | Flexible Working | Central London | West London | Friendly team | Are you an experienced Accountant looking for an exciting high profile 'Finance Business Partner role supporting the Executive team within a large, complex, flexible organisation? Are you able to challenge your stakeholders/budget holders? Our client has offices in central and West London and this 'Finance Business Partner | Executive team’ role has arisen following a restructure within the Finance Team. The main remit of this role is to manage the provision of decision support, management and financial accounting services for the Central Services function. The role will interface between finance and each area of Central Services ensuring a strong financial discipline is in place across each function ensuring regulations are followed, and the financial regulations are known and understood across the business. Core responsibilities: Interpret management accounts and budget reports and guide partner operational services on what this information means in relation to the business and suggest actions for improvement Offer guidance to colleagues when assessing all new business opportunities and their commercial viability Advise colleagues | Executive team of the financial consequences of business decisions and guide accordingly Work with business leaders and budget holders to determine the parameters of service delivery and customer service protocols Provide professional advice and guidance and managerial support so that they achieve their objectives with confidence and within a supportive management framework Carry out analysis and financial modelling to interpret the data and produce meaningful reports Ensure an effective management financial risk management strategy is in place Responsible for the preparation of management and statutory accounts and consolidated accounts The Requirement: CCAB qualified accountant with experience of financial management at a senior level An inspiring and visible business manager An excellent communicator with the ability to present financial information to non-finance colleagues as well to members of the Executive team Strong commitment to customer service and overall service excellence Experience of financial/business planning Advanced IT/modelling skills
