Overview

My client, a leading Installation company based in Watford are currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator for a full time permanent role paying between £20,000 and £24,000 on a full time permanent basis. Hours are 8:30 till 5:30 with every other Saturday morning on a rota. You must have previous experience scheduling engineers as a help desk administrator, service coordinator, or scheduler. Your role will involve - Planning and scheduling of engineers for maintenance visits Daily communication with both engineers and customers working closely wih the service manager and installation coordinator Reviewing all administration as well as preparing invoices and processing payments Answering inbound calls for the technical desk Working closely with engineers, managing diaries and assigning new jobs Generating monthly reports You will be - Experienced within Hire Desk, Scheduling or Service Coordinator Background with scheduling engineers Excellent communication skills Administration and Microsoft Office experience Experience of Alarm Master would be beneficial Please contact Laura Nicholas at Interaction Recruitment on or email
