Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Global organisation based within the Watford area. Our market leading client have a great opportunity for the right candidate to join their Sales Support and Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be available to start to a new role immediately and can commit to a minimum of 3-4 months work. Some of the duties will include: Checking availability of product and reserving stock Coordinating with other departments Checking customer orders, prices and discounts Advising customers on lead times and delivery expectations Liaising with customers via email and telephone calls Updating the sales team on news relevant to their customers General administrative duties The suitable candidate: Previous experience within administrative support - desirable Strong customer service skills Good communication skills on all levels Good team player Able to manage a heavy workload Strong organisational skills Looking for the next step in your career?
