The main responsibilities of this position include: - Answering phone calls and all queries - Making outbound calls as and when necessary - Maintaining all document information correctly on the system - Keep up to date with all legislation supporting the business - Answering email queries To be successful in this role you will be proactive with strong communication skills and great multi task skills.
