We’re looking for an experienced UX writer who is passionate about user experience design to create straightforward, human, helpful copy. You’ll craft onboarding material & how-to articles, edit technical documentation, create product-related content and will be nimble enough to tend to the vital task of writing micro content (buttons, links, error messages etc.) for our product to create delightful customer interactions. You’ll work alongside the Product, UX and Communication teams, collaborating to create amazing user experiences. What You’ll Do Advocate for the user across our product suite by creating user-friendly, consistent content Partner with designers, product managers and engineers as an expert on voice and writing Maintain our tone of voice at each customer touchpoint Review and edit technical documentation Craft clear, precise how-to articles Write straightforward, detailed on-boarding documentation Prepare release notes Design micro-copy for the product What You’ll Bring 3 years experience of writing in a digital / tech environment A native English speaker Experience working as part of a UX team Experience in defining editorial style-guides Exceptional communication skills Actively collaborative whilst being able to work independently Laser sharp focus on the user experience Effortless creativity Able to manage your workload across multiple projects concurrently If you would like to find out more about this amazing UX Writer role then please contact Castle Hill Recruitment (we are based in Gibraltar).
