Overview
Edward Mann is currently recruiting for a Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst for a Multinational Retail Real Estate Business Based in Central London: Key Responsibilities: Complete monthly reporting process, Reviewing the accuracy and quality of both data and supporting commentaries. Taking responsibility for the quarterly Investor reporting process Take ownership for the budgeting and forecasting process. Ensuring compliance is always met Ensuring reporting is done accurately whilst continually seeking improvements which would improve processes Delivering new reports and tools that are helpful to the wider organisation. Knowledge and skills required : • Qualified Accountant, Candidates who are not qualified/studying will also be considered. • Experience of working in planning and analysis • Strong Excel skills • Time management - ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. • Ability to challenge when required, using an evidence-based rationale. • Team player - able to muck in and feedback to colleagues. • Well-developed communication skills. • Strong Interpersonal skills.
