SEN Youth Support Worker - East London Alternative Education East London boroughs - Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Redbridge Full-time Daily pay £70 - £90 depending on experience Empowering Learning is seeking dedicated Youth Support Workers to work in SEN settings across South London. Our schools are looking for Youth Support Workers that have experience in coaching or mentoring. Ideal candidates must feel comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour from young adults and be able to show a calm approach to this behaviour. Experience of working with children or adults in an education setting isn't essential, but a willingness to learn new coaching skills to improve behaviour is critical.
