Overview
The Role: Work closely with our developers and designers to wireframe, prototype and design award winning websites. Conceptualise original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes. Understand and optimise the user journey to make websites which are effective. Meet with clients to understand project requirements. Establish the purpose of the website based upon its target audience. Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Utilise and improve our internal website component library. Working Hours Flexible working hours - we are flexible in that people can arrive and leave in between the hours below. We expect our team members to be judged on the quality of their work. Minimum of 8.5 hours per day (including 1 hour lunch break) however this can be averaged across a week.
