Role This is a role that is perfect for a 2nd job profile, you would have 1 to 4 years experience managing digital products. Ideally a website or web application, using tools such as Trello, Jira and Google Analytics. Salary range 35K to 40K. Reporting directly into Digital Marketing you will work alongside our QA and Javascript teams to manage and deliver features and you will liaise closely with our marketing, content, analytics, and product team to help create and optimise the backlog. Requirements * Own the website, managing priorities and all related tasks such as ticket raising and updates and coordination of development resource * Own the coordination and delivery of specific growth projects, working cross-functionally with the tech, medical, design, content and marketing teams * Ensure a strong understanding of the goals and KPIs the growth team is striving to achieve to ensure that priorities for the web site and special projects are anchored to our commercial objectives * Work closely with the product team to develop a deep understanding of current and future customer needs, to question user behaviour, and analyse data to find answers and opportunities * Develop a good understanding of competitive products in our space. * Support the ideation of the product and content roadmap to help drive growth * Support the growth of multilingual content by project managing internal and external translators * Work closely with the content team and use data to inform content strategy Experience * 1 to 4 years experience managing digital products, ideally a website or web application, Experience using both task and backlog management tools such as Trello and Jira and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics * Understanding and experience of agile ways of working. Comfortable working within an agile and entrepreneurial environment * Experience thinking strategically, structurally solving product problems, and ensuring strong delivery working side by side with colleagues from the development team * Creative problem solver: no-one has built what we are building, so youll need genuine enthusiasm for healthcare with an ability to keep finding solutions * Experience of progressive web applications is a plus * We like people who are: Caring and empathetic.
