Now that we’ve told you about what it’s like to work for Alternative Futures Group, find out more about the vacancy This vacancy is based in the Macclesfield, supporting no. 4 males who live at one of the homes we provide support to. The people/ you will be supporting have a learning disability and some mobility issues. The People we support are very active and take part in a variety of activities in the house and out of the house, you need to be creative, positive and of a happy disposition. They require support with finances, household chores, managing a tenancy, building social skills, health and hygiene needs, lifestyle skills, medication management and personal care. We are looking for someone who can drive, work flexible shifts which will include days, sleep ins and weekends and bank holidays / the usual shift patterns are 7.15am – 3pm and then 3pm-10:15pm. You will be working as part of an experienced and friendly existing team.
