Overview
Investigo are exclusively representing a rapidly growing business based in Gerrard's Cross BUT is moving to Uxbridge business park in 2 months to recruit for a Finance Assistant to join their busy finance team. This role would suit an enthusiastic & hard-working finance graduate or candidates who are currently studying towards their AAT. This is an exciting role which offers full study support. The successful candidate will work closely with the Financial controller & will be assisting with all aspects of accounts. The salary is paying between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. Key duties; - Processing of invoices Managing and prioritising payment runs Accountable for reviewing & processing staff expenses & assisting with queries Administration for the company credit card Assisting with the month end process Help prepare journals Preparation on Balance sheet reconciliations Responsible for providing necessary assistance to the procurement team Assisting with internal and external audit requests Adhoc project support when required The Ideal Candidate; - The ideal candidate will be a Finance Graduate who has previous exposure as an Accounts Assistant Someone who is educate to A-Level or equivalent A strong desire to study Excellent computer skills, including excel Strong analytical skills Hard working, proactive & has a high attention to detail If you are interested in the role above, please apply now- or send your CV direct to
