Overview
A great job for an up and coming Credit Control/AR Assistant to work in a busy hospitality business in London Your new company An award winning, vibrant and highly successful Hospitality business based in the heart of London Your new role In this permanent role you will be responsible for a portfolio of prestigious clients including banks. You will be engage with the clients to recover outstanding invoices in a timely manner, working to targets and collaborating effectively internally to resolve any queries which may arise. You will also be responsible for the daily posting and allocation of receipts, taking payments over the phone, perform account reconciliations and issue statements. This role will also offer the right candidate the opportunity to take on more responsibility with month end and credit checking. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in a similar Credit Control/Accounts Receivable role is essential. The client is not looking for someone who is studying towards a finance qualification and would use this role as a stepping stone, they are looking for someone who wants to work in this type of role for the foreseeable future. Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are essential, as is an assertive yet polite approach. Please note that you will only be considered for this role if your notice period is less than 2 weeks.
