They are looking to hire a Credit Controller to join their growing team, this vacancy is offering £27,500. Main Responsibilities: Collecting cash by invoice due date and according to targets as set by the group finance manager. Raising payment issues immediately with senior credit controller. Chasing for payments via telephone and email. Receiving and resolving queries from clients in a timely manner by liaising internally with accounts department. Sending out monthly statements or when requested by client. Allocating incoming receipts according to remittance advices. Chasing up remittances when they have not been received to ensure accuracy. Extracting remittances and/or allocation details from client portals.
