Role: Compliance Officer Employment: Permanent Location: Milton Keynes (flexible) Our key client is an extraordinary global schools’ group with 77 schools in ten countries. In the UK, we operate 41 leading day schools, teaching local and international students. Our international student recruitment numbers are growing and we now seek to hire a UKVI Compliance Officer to ensure the management of sponsored international students complies with UKVI’s rules and regulations. The post of UKVI Compliance Officer represents a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in international student recruitment, within the supportive environment of a successful and expanding team. You will work closely with the Head of International Recruitment and senior members of the group to oversee the business compliance programme, creating and monitoring compliance systems, audits, risk management and evaluation and complaints monitoring. You will also need to be willing to travel to our schools across the UK to train staff and carry out mock-audits. The provision of a personalised service to our students (and their parents and agents) is one of the hallmarks of my client’s education and you will need to deliver high levels of customer service. This role requires you to be in Milton Keynes for 1 day per week, the remainder of your week will consist of visiting UK schools within the group and having the flexibility to work from home. As the Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for: Provide support to the international team in assessing prospective and existing international students in line with UKVI rules and regulations Manage the Tier 4 (child) group license and monitor the compliance of each UK school Organise regular training as well as regular mock audits, regularly reviewing and updating training materials As the Compliance Officer, ideally you will possess the following: Home Office visa regulations and reporting mechanisms in order to maintain Tier 4 (child) sponsor status Willingness to travel to UK schools within the group Ability to work flexible Demonstrate excellent customer service skills If you feel you possess the key skills and experience mentioned above and are keen to explore this opportunity further, please click ‘Apply Now’.
