Overview
Title: IT Support Officer This role will be servicing around 600 users both F2F and remotely, including Prison sites. Candidate will be put top of the pile if they have previous experience working with SystmOne and ESR (Electronic Staff Record System). Title: IT Support Officer Location: Wakefield, WF1 5RH Duration:1st April 2020 – 24th April 2020 (Cover while team complete off-site project) Pay Rate: £11 per hour PAYE Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (Mon -Fri) – 9am – 5pm Ideal start date:1st April 2020 Essential skills: Extensive knowledge of IT gained from working in an IT helpdesk environment for a minimum of 1 year Experience and Knowledge of working with Windows 10 Comprehensive experience and knowledge of Office 365 applications including Teams and SharePoint Confident to answer IT queries both on the telephone and face to face Experience in solving IT issues remotely Desirable: Knowledge of SystmOne Knowledge of ESR (Electronic Staff Record System) This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89803421
