Instructions may include issues relating to: Tax Driven Investments Professional Negligence by Tax Advisers Tax Investigations Misrepresentation Fraud With regard to level it is anticipated that the successful Commercial Litigator will have 2,3,4 or more years post qualification experience in litigation to have developed the expertise to cope with the instructions that await.
