Overview
A great opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer A North London Borough Council are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis. The contract is 3 months initially, with the view to go onto a rolling contract. The Commercial Property Lawyer will sit on the wider property team and will undertake duties relating to the following areas: Commercial leases and licenses Landlord and tenant Sales and purchases Given the current climate this role will be undertaken remotely, as such, our client has advised that the Property Lawyer will need local authority experience and should have good experience of the above matters, but does not need to be senior. The Council usually offer home working 1 day a week and other flexible working patterns. The offices are also located nearby to public transport links.
