Top 100 UK law firm across East Anglia is seeking Commercial Contracts and Intellectual Property Solicitor to join top Intellectual Property & Brands Team. This is a permanent, full time position based in the Suffolk office. The Opportunity As a Commercial Contracts and Intellectual Property Solicitor within this team, you will: Advise on a range of trademarks, design rights, protection strategies and brand portfolio management You will work with clients on an international scale offering advice around brand ideas, availability searches and infringement rights As part of the wider team you will help in managing a range of trade mark portfolios and as part of the wider IP team The Candidate The successful Commercial Contracts and Intellectual Property Solicitor will be: Ideally over 5 PQE with experience gained in Commercial Contracts and Intellectual Property law Having specific experience relating to trade marks and brands is highly advantageous Applications from inhouse or private practice lawyers are strongly sought after The Benefits The Commercial Contracts and Intellectual Property Solicitor joining this team will received: A competitive salary, starting around the £50,000 mark and increasing depending on experience Fully comprehensive benefits package Financial assistance with relocation should you be relocating If you are a qualified Solicitor looking for a Commercial Contracts and Intellectual Property focused position in Suffolk, we want to hear from you.
