Overview
Job Title - Commercial Lawyer Rate - £50,000 Key Responsibilities - To provide technical legal advice to the organisation on a range of commercial issues. Lead the organisation on regulatory compliance and provide legal training and awareness to various parts of the organisation Draft, review and negotiate contracts with various organisations and suppliers to achieve cost savings Make effect legal decisions and avoid or mitigate legal risks Advise on any conflicting matters Have knowledge of both the Charity Commission and the Fundraising regulations. You will manage a high and diverse case load. Personal Specification - Has experience of either working within private practice or a charity. An excellent communicator, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively. Must be a registered solicitor with the SRA.
