Commis Chef – 5-star Luxury Hotel – Hertfordshire Our Client: A World renowned 5-star luxury Hotel partnered up with Goldenkeys in the search for a strong Commis Chef to join their team. You will ideally either have a background of 4 to 5-star Hotels working as a Commis or have proven experience at 1 AA or 2 AA Rosettes standards. This role would suit an experienced and highly motivated Commis or Demi Chef that has previous experience within 4/5 Star hotels and/or Rosetted kitchens Ideally you will have a track record of catering at high standards for high volume restaurants/hotels. Responsibilities: Report to senior Chefs and assist in the mis en place. Provide support during service in different sections. Keep kitchen spotless and maintain the preparation of food at high standards.
