Overview
We are looking for a Clinical Lead registered general nurse for a medium sized nursing home in Newport. The nursing home caters to elderly service users. The Nursing Home is looking for a Clinical Lead registered general nurse RGN to work 36 hours per week. The registered general nurse RGN should be general qualified and will ideally have 2 years post qualification experience. Experience within a nursing home environment would be beneficial however this is also a great opportunity for an experienced nurse to begin the next challenge of their career. You must demonstrate confidence in your clinical ability as well as having strong leadership skills. You will be expected to support all of the staff as well as identifying any training issues. You will work closely with the manager ensuring the highest level of care is delivered at all times.
