Overview
Our client, a legal 500 forward thinking firm are currently looking for a Plot Sales Paralegal to join their busy Real Estate Department which has grown substantially in the last few years due to their excellent reputation in residential development. You will be responsible for acting for developers in respect of the sales of new homes. You will work on the cases from setting up all legal document packs through to completing each sale. As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience working as a paralegal within residential and working on full caseloads from start to finish. You will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
