Overview
Our clients, a high-quality international firm, are looking for a proactive and driven plot sales conveyancer to join their leading real estate team. This widely regarded firm are known for their commercially astute advice and broad ranging industry knowledge. They pride themselves on their innovation and high standard client care. Their real estate team work with a broad range of clients including international banks and global companies on high value matters. The successful candidate will - Manage a busy caseload that will encompass issues relating to plot sales, along with part exchange and re sale transactions, from inception to completion. Work closely with the firms broad ranging client base to help establish positive, long lasting relationships. The ideal candidate for this role will be a committed and ambitious plot sales conveyancer with at least 12 months post qualified experience within a similar role. However, this PQE is used as a guide and you are still encouraged to apply if you fall outside of this.
