Plot Sales Conveyancer - Manchester Chadwick Nott are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer to join a Real Estate team in Manchester managing a predominantly Plot Sales caseload. Whilst the caseload will be primarily Plot Sales, you may also touch on development and mainstream commercial property such as sales and purchases and landlord and tenant work, residential matters such as sales and purchases and wider post completion work. We are keen to hear from Conveyancers with recent and proven experience in residential and commercial property. Development experience is essential, and plot sales experience would be desirable.
