Conveyancer/Plot Sales Executive - Residential Development team Our client, a national firm with a very successful Liverpool office is seeking to appoint an experienced conveyancer to join their established team. Their Real Estate team provides a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property for both the public and private sector. Clients range from major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, local authorities, universities and healthcare providers. The firm's dedicated residential development team advises major housebuilders and developers in Liverpool and nationally as well as an impressive roster of entrepreneurs, traders, investors and landowners. The services the team offer range from strategic land to site assembly, acquisitions and running high profile development projects. Due to client demand, the firm has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join the team to manage a caseload of part exchange conveyancing files (both sales and purchases). The department is partner led and very collegiate with a strong support network and ongoing training on offer as well as the chance to work autonomously and run your own transactions.
