Plot Sales Conveyancer - North West Our client is a well established and highly regarded regional niche commercial law firm with offices in the North West and London. They are now recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer to join their Real Estate team in Manchester managing a predominantly Plot Sales caseload. The caseload will be primarily Plot Sales, but you may also touch on development and mainstream commercial property such as sales and purchases and landlord and tenant work, residential matters such as sales and purchases and wider post completion work. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Conveyancer with recent and proven experience in residential and commercial property.
