We are now recruiting a Finance Business Partner who will be responsible for the day to day finance management of our Meantime Brewery in Greenwich. The role will primarily be based on site in Greenwich, however there will be occasional travel to our Brewery in Chiswick, and also our Dark Star Brewery in Sussex. Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position. Your key responsibilities as the Finance Business Partner will include; Work with Manufacturing team to deliver the planning, budgeting & forecasting processes Consolidation, if appropriate, and analysis of site budgets and forecasts Provides analysis and evaluation of the plan, budget & forecast related to its specific area of focus, ensuring the most profitable allocation of resources through financial insights & constructive challenge Challenges and supports the development of the financial assumptions that underpin the Manufacturing site plan Play a lead role in the production of month end accounts, liaising with the AIL FSSC team in the production of the accounts. Ensure that effective monthly reports are produced covering the manufacturing side of the business, leading to the provision of high quality reporting covering COGS and associated areas. Provision of insight and Analysis into monthly reporting, including managing reviews with manufacturing stakeholders. This is to include variance analysis of fixed and variable costs. Lead monthly Finance and COGS reviews, ensuring COGS performance is reviewed with accurate and timely data, with improvement actions identified and reviewed. Assist in the production of weekly KPI reporting covering the manufacturing and supply chain area of the business and also support the rest of the business where needed in the production KPI’s. Develop and improve tools to build a better understanding of cost drivers within production team. Support the in the building business cases for any CAPEX proposals within production. Provide any supporting documents and schedules required during the audit process Participate where necessary in providing Statutory Accounts. Accountable for financial capability improvement within the operational teams; identifies and implements opportunities to drive advancement on the capability maturity staircase and project manages associated initiatives Your Ideal background: Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) Ideally 1-2 years post qualified expereince Strong Financial technical knowledge covering all areas of Finance Experience producing monthly management accounts Experience of providing finance partnership to a manufacturing function, with FMCG or drinks sector an advantage Proven track record of presenting financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders, influencing non-financial decision makers & driving improvements through the business Strong commercial acumen Ability to manage a high volume workload and multiple priorities with focus and simplicity SAP experience is a positive On offer is a competitive basic salary plus benefits inclusive of; 10 - 20% Annual bonus / Beer allowance / Industry leading pension contribution / Private Healthcare / Life assurance / Private Dental insurance / 25 days holiday with option to purchase 5 extra days / Flexible Working / Subsidised on site cafe
