Overview
Part qualified or newly qualified Accountant My client based in West Kent are now looking for part qualified or newly qualified accountant to join their growing team of circa 15. Established for 20 plus years, they serve businesses, individuals, trusts and charities locally and nationally. Building lasting relationships and understanding their clients is very important to them, which in turn helps them to realise their current potential and achieve their long term goals. They constantly strive to give the best advice at all times. Making this a wonderful opportunity to join a practice that supports its employees as well as its clients. The ideal person will have some accountancy practice experience in audit and accounts. Audit will be approx 40% of the work. Most of your work will be: Accounts Audit and Tax. You will be working with a diverse range of clients, from multinationals to individual tax returns. They use Xero for their clients and IRIS is the practice software together with SAGE Ideal Person: ACA/ ACCA qualified or working towards qualification Experience working in general practice Strong numeracy skills Excellent attention to detail Happy to work independently Ability to think outside the box and provide clients with the best advice for their business Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Ability to work under strict deadlines Advanced Microsoft office skills Experience using Iris and Sage Team player Strong sense of urgency Professional and presentable Negotiable basic salary and benefits depending on experience.
