Overview
My client is a large reputable Firm based in Kent. They have a diverse, ambitious and professional team who pride themselves on their culture and development. They are looking to attract a Tax Partner/Director to their Senior Management Team. The role will be adapted to reflect the expertise and the circumstances of the individual but they are looking for someone who is ambitious and keen to develop or someone who is established at a more senior level and is looking for a new challenge. This appointment is due to succession planning and the ongoing development of the firm. There is a strong ethos within the firm, and they have a lot of ambition and drive and are continually looking at ways to improve their services and grow and develop their client base and offering. You will work with and established team of Partners, supporting the success of the Firm and its client offering, promoting their high service levels and professionalism. Due to succession planning and success they want someone to take on the management of a portfolio, client and business development and taking on responsibilities and work from some of the existing Partners. You will: Provide professional business advice and services to clients Develop and grow new business Manage a Portfolio and staff and budgets associated with this Form part of the Senior Management team Networking with both internal and external business partners Attend meetings, manage budgets and monitor services This is an exciting opportunity which in turn could open a clear career path and long-term investment for the right individual.
