Accountancy Practice Manager - Partnership Prospects

A highly reputable and successful firm of chartered accountants based in Medway is searching for a highly experienced Practice Manager to join their team as a key addition and pivotal support role to the partners with career development and Directorship/ Partnership prospects on offer in 2-5 years. This is a general practice role covering a wide array of accounts and tax work. Client Details Based in Medway, this multiple partner firm of chartered accountants has developed a very strong reputation across Kent and further afield acting for very wide ranging clients across varying industries with a proportion of clients between £2 -£8million (up to c £40m) and wider significant proportion of smaller clients too. Their clients are across a range of varying sectors. As a result of ongoing, sustained positive growth and looking to plan for the future development of the firm, the partners are looking to bring in the right additional and highly experienced Practice Manager to bolster their team and in return are offering excellent progression prospects and potential Directorship/ Partnership within 2-5 years, dependent on the individual and experience. Description Joining as Practice Manager based from the firms Medway offices you will join at a key time in this firms development with chance to carve a career within this successful firm. You will lead and manage the delivery of accounts, tax and wider services to clients across varied industries and sizes. You will develop client relationships, taking on a portfolio and work on wider advisory/business services delivering wider project work. A progression path is on offer and you will carve an influential key role within this firm. They are looking for who is keen to secure Director or Partnership status with 5 years. Profile You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent with a career background and strength within accounts/tax and all around, general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment. You will have developed your career to at least Managerial level and be looking to take your career to the next level, within a firm and role where you can see a genuine clear progression and development path on offer. Job Offer Circa £45,000 - £55,000 plus, dependent on the background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
