Overview
Badenoch Clark are pleased to be partnering with one of our large CPG clients to recruit for them an HR Business Partner to partner with the business. My client is looking for an experienced HRBP with strong influencing, communication, networking and analytical skills to support leaders in engaging and enabling their teams to high performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -To business partner with senior leaders in respect of the companies People Strategy. -Reporting directly to the Head of HR for Product Supply you will have the opportunity to help shape the People vision and HR agenda in respect of their engagement and enablement plans across all UK Product Supply sites. -There will be a requirement to ensure UK people metrics are on track and measured, presented on a frequent basis to ensure positive impact across the UK. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS -Must be CIPD qualified (or equivalent) -Exceptional influencing skills and interpersonal sensitivity that will foster effective cross cultural and geographical partnerships -Experience of UK employment legislation, HR external best practice, -Proven HR experience, preferably within an FMCG environment. -Knowledge of UK employment legislation is essential -Knowledge of Talent attraction and talent management best practices -Sound HRIS analytical skills.
