Overview
Due to company expansion and restructure, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to join this growing a well-established Digital/ Tech cCompany. Based in their head office in Central London, the role will be to report into the Finance Director, taking control of the full finance function, leading the team, liaising with stakeholders as well as maintaining strong relationships with heads of department. The Main responsibilities are Lead the financial management of the company, whilst also ensuring the business has a strong financial control environment to support the future growth of the business To maintain and develop strict reporting processes to the board and Private Equity investors Managing the day to day operations of the finance team Provision of Financial Analysis to provide key insight and information to support business decisions and company strategy Prepare management information and KPIs Reviewing the management accounts drafted by the management accounts Detailed Board packs to present to the FD and Board of Directors Profit forecasting and cash flow modelling/scenario planning Budgets, quarterly reforecasting and annual strategic reviews Monitoring and reporting on variances between budget/forecast/actual Preparing the annual report and financial statements Skills and qualifications: Fully qualified, either (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) Excellent Excel skills including V Look ups, Pivot tables Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships (internally & externally) and influence others Strong attention to detail, hands-on, self-starter, proactive, energetic and the ability to meet tight deadlines This is an excellent opportunity to join this company during this period of sustained growth and use your expertise to develop the processes further as the company goes from strength to strength
