CREDIT CONTROLLER £26,000 - £28,000 London An opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller at the Charlton HQ of Jackson Lift Services. Jackson Lift Services is a family owned and run business that has grown to become the largest independent lift, escalator and cradle maintenance company in the UK today. This is a challenging role dealing with a range of customers including retailers, facilities management companies, construction companies and individual homeowners. You will have an administrative assistant to help deal with the workload. Part of a credit control team of seven your responsibilities will include: Reconciling customer accounts, Dealing with customer queries, Prioritising the method of pursuing debt, Escalating queries with engineering, managers and directors, Dealing with changes in contracts, Supervising customer portal data entries. Skills and Experience Preferred Highly organised and methodical, Experience of Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook, Dealing with Higher Volume Accounts, Understanding Customer Portals.
