Overview

Communicate have recently partnered with a high growth B2C services company in London to place their CFO. My client is a privately owned services business that have recently undergone a substantial change in structure and personnel. Over the last two years, the companies’ turnover has skyrocketed and is almost touching on £1 billion. With this degree of exponential growth, the team require a highly successful and experienced CFO to help keep the finance function in first-class form. Given the current climate, the immediate needs of the business will include keeping the business in order and bringing in some cash flow and finance experts. In the longer term, the businesses growth plans span wider than just the UK. You will be at the forefront of global expansion over the following years, which will mean a real opportunity to create a legacy. In return you will be joining a fast-paced and immersive environment, surrounded by a team of highly skilled and ambitious staff in London. Qualifications / Experience Required: ACA (ideally Big 4) / CIMA qualified A seasoned, yet ambitious CFO that has worked within high growth organisations before A proven track record of hitting the ground running Consumer experience will be highly desirable Available to interview over the next month
